In business, you can face many financial losses that you can learn to live with. But losing Mosaab was different—it was a deep heartbreak that left a permanent scar on our hearts.

He wasn't just our first delivery captain; he was the backbone of our family. Every Ramadan, Mosaab brought joy by decorating the pharmacy and distributing Iftar meals, refusing to break his own fast until patients safely received their treatments. Though he is gone, his pure soul and selflessness permanently defined our core values.
