Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be requested for products that are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, with the original invoice or proof of purchase provided.
Returns and exchanges are not available for products that are easily opened or whose safety, hygiene, or suitability for resale may be affected once opened, in order to maintain the safety, hygiene, and quality standards of our products.
Refunds
If a return request is approved, the value of the returned product will be refunded using the same payment method used to complete the original purchase. Alternatively, the refund amount may be converted into account credit or reward points to be used for future purchases, as agreed upon.
